Distance Covered: 12 miles i (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)

Mainly onroad ride with people from the windsurfing club due to the lack of wind(seams to be a regular thing this lack of wind at weekends). We had the famous words from John B \"trust me\" resulting in a very sticky and muddy section I had great fun in the mud but a few of the others didn\'t find it so funny.
I was spinning like a loon for most of the ride as I done most it in middle midde not sure if Im ready to go single speed yet
